HL Construction was developed to expand available resources and offer clients single source accountability for commercial real estate services. HL Construction operates as an affiliated company of Harvey Lindsay, offering various construction services including tenant build-out, space planning, renovation/rehab, store front design and build to suit projects. HL Construction performs property maintenance services as well as construction services.

Bruce Benson leads the construction division of the new company under the supervision of Dave Russell, Vice President. Bruce has his Class A General Contractor's License and has worked in the construction and architectural field for 29 years and was most recently employed by Structural Concepts. As leader of this division, Bruce will oversee all construction.
