Background
Alex received
his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Christopher Newport
University in 1984. After graduating, he entered into Commercial Real Estate specializing
in office leasing. His first assignment was the Langley Federal Credit Union Building,
the first speculative office construction in several years at the time. Throughout
his career, Alex has developed strong skills in working through difficult existing
properties and also has extensive experience in new development in the office,
retail and industrial areas. In his prior position, he worked closely with several
institutional property owners in the development and implementation of leasing
programs in a wide range of property types. Alex joined Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate in
August of 2000 as Supervising Broker in the Peninsula Office. He is also an active
member of ICSC and TAR and serves on the local board of the UJC.
