Background

Bob started with Harvey Lindsay in 1982 as a Property Manager. He worked closely with property owners and owner representatives to insure ownership investment goals for an individual property were being met.

Leaving Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate in 1985 to take on the responsibility for General Manager of Coliseum Mall, Bob oversaw the profitable operation of a 1.2 million square foot shopping mall.

In 1992, Bob joined with a northern Virginia real estate developer where he was responsible for the leasing and the management of numerous properties covering a 200-mile area.

In 1999, Bob returned to Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate where he specializes in retail leasing and property sales.

Working closely with both the property owners and the property tenant, Bob matches the needs of an individual property to insure the maximum and best use of that property. Through the vast network of a strong national, regional and local tenant base, Bob has successfully maintained high occupancy levels at competitive market rates in all properties he is responsible for.
