Ronda manages a diverse portfolio of office buildings, shopping centers and industrial properties totaling over 655,000 square feet. She is responsible for maintenance supervision, negotiating vendor contracts, maintaining positive Tenant relations, preparing operating budgets and other reports, and managing any capital projects including Tenant and building improvements.
Background
Ronda joined Harvey Lindsay in September, 2011. In 2010 she received the Certified Property Manager designation (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Her past experience includes: Property Manager for Ellis-Gibson Development Group, 2007-2011 and Asst. Property Manager for Palms Associates, 1998-2007. Prior to that, Ronda worked as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal.
