SpecialtySusan has been with Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate for 27 years and for the past 23 years has focused on
retail leasing. She primarily serves landlords, handling a broad range of properties including community, neighborhood
and specialty centers ranging in size from 10,000 square feet to over 100,000 square feet. She has successfully leased
new centers from the ground up and mature centers with second and third generation space. Background
Susan received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a
concentration in Marketing from Old Dominion University . She began her carreer with Harvey Lindsay in 1985 and has held various positions
including Director of Marketing. In this capacity she handled corporate advertising, event planning, preparing
marketing materials and visual aids for various trade events and managed shopping center promotion funds for five
shopping centers. In1989 she moved into the Retail Leasing Department and has been an integral part of our team’s
success. She is a native of Hampton Roads, understands the region, and is diligent and focused in providing her
clients the best results. Awards
