Marcia is the Tenant Services Coordinator for City Center at Oyster Point, a mixed used development project in Newport News.
Marcia's responsibilities include the supervision of maintenance
and operations of both retail tenants and office buildings. She
routinely interacts with tenants and is responsible for the coordination of many tenant related projects which include tenant improvements and
building alterations.
Background:
Marcia joined Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate in 2005, after having worked in development for 9 years for such organizations as Hampton University, the American Heart Association, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association in the Hampton Roads and Northern Virginia area.
By utilizing the industries cutting edge technology, by staying abreast of local, regional, and national commercial real estate trends, by understanding the impact office space has on profitability, and by having access to over 100 years of commercial real estate experience here at Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate; Marcia is able to provide clients with the quality and efficient services they deserve.
Marcia is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science.
