ServicesFrank joined Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate in 2005 and is currently responsible for a portfolio of approximately 600,000 square feet of office, retail and warehouse properties.
His responsibilities include the supervision of day to day operations of the properties, monthly and annual financial statement reporting and preparation of annual operating and capital expense budgets. He is also responsible for the management of capital improvement projects within his portfolio to include tenant renovations and building/property alterations.
BackgroundAlthough originally a native of the Tidewater area, Frank began his commercial real estate career in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada as a corporate accountant with Bentall Corporation, a commercial real estate developer with holdings in Western Canada and California. He then joined Marathon Realty Co. Ltd. as property administrator for a one million square foot portfolio of class A urban high rise properties in Vancouver before returning to the Tidewater area in 1997. Frank then worked as property manager for Advantis Commercial Real Estate Services Co. for eight years before joining Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate in 2005.
