Background
Bill received his Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) in 1988 and also completed the Real Estate Development Program co-sponsored by the Department of City and Regional Planning and the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC. He received his BA degree in Managerial Economics from Hampden Sydney College in 1984 and from 1984 through 1986 was employed as a Construction Loan Representative with the Riggs National Bank's Commercial Real Estate Division in Washington, D.C. Bill was directly involved with the production and management of a $300 million loan portfolio.
