Scott oversees the
leasing of over 200,000 square feet of office properties. He is responsible for
the exclusive leasing of the PNC Bank Building, Circle East,
ITT Building, Mast I, Circle South, Leigh Professional, and 500 Plume Street. Tenant Representation include national
clients such as: Lockheed Martin, Verizon, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, and Mitre Corporation.
Background
Prior
to joining Harvey Commercial Real Estate in 1990, Scott was Center Manager for
Koger Properties, Inc. in Norfolk. He was responsible for the leasing, managing,
and maintenance of the 780,000 square foot office park. Scott focuses exclusively
on the leasing and sale of office buildings. He is a member of the Hampton Roads
Commercial Real Estate Organization.
Scott received his B.S. in Business Administration (Economics) from
Old Dominion University and his A.A.S. in Civil Engineering Technology at The
State University of New York at Alfred, New York. Scott is a licensed Virginia
