of investors in and users of larger industrial and investment properties.
Background
Glenn
attended Old Dominion University where he majored in Business Administration.
Prior to joining Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate in 1984, he was General
Manager for a regional chain of retail stores. His responsibilities included negotiating
leases as a tenant, which now gives him a unique perspective on both sides of
transactions.
One of Glenn's major achievements since becoming associated
with the company has been managing the conversion of a vacant 500,000 square foot
single-user distribution center into a 95% leased multi-tenant facility. He subsequently
negotiated the sale of this property, representing both buyer and seller. He has
also diversified into the brokerage of hotels and office buildings.
Glenn
has completed the industrial courses offered by the Society of Office and Industrial
Realtors.
