Background
Prior to joining Harvey Lindsay, Tom was a Senior Director, Retail Properties for GVA ADVANTIS for ten years and was primarily responsible for the leasing and marketing of 1.3 million square feet of grocery anchored, retail properties throughout the region.
Most recently he was a Senior Vice President with Tower Park Real Estate in Newport News, Virginia and was responsible for the leasing and marketing of over 1 million square feet of retail, office and flex properties including Port Warwick, a 150 acre award winning, mixed-use development. He also managed multiple agents and staff and oversaw operations of 15 properties including budgeting, reporting, lease administration, Tenant and Landlord relations.
