Lori is currently responsible for the management of over 801,000 square feet of commercial properties.
Her responsibilities include the supervision of routine maintenance
and operations of both retail centers and office buildings. She
is responsible for the coordination and supervision of capital
improvement projects which include both tenant improvements and
building alterations. Lori is also responsible for providing financial
reporting for her Owners including the preparation of pro forma
statements, Operating and capital improvement budgets, tenant
rent collections and monthly operating financial reports. As an
additional responsibility, Lori represents Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate
Management Department for new business development. With this
responsibility she prepares marketing packages, gives presentations
and provides Management Agreement Proposals.
Background
Lori is a licensed salesperson and a CPM (Certified Property Manager) candidate who has completed all required IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) courses. She has management experience with shopping centers, office / warehouses, office buildings, condominiums and parking garages. Lori graduated from Old Dominion University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and has been with Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate since 1987. In 1993, Lori was appointed to the City of Norfolk Ghent Task Force by Mayor Paul Fraim.
