Pam is the Tenant Services Coordinator for City Center at Oyster Point, a mixed used development project in Newport News.
Pam's responsibilities include the supervision of maintenance
and operations of both retail tenants and office buildings. She
routinely interacts with tenants and is responsible for the coordination of many tenant related projects which include tenant improvements and
building alterations.
Background
Pam has been involved in Real Estate industry for over 16 years, having obtained her Virignia Real Estate license in 1991. Prior to joining Harvey Lindsay she served as Assistant Property Manager of the Equity Office Properties owned Dominion Tower (403,276 sf) in Downtown Norfolk, Va.
