R. Crumpler III directs the Retail Services Team at Harvey Lindsay Commercial
Real Estate. He focuses on providing top quality tenant representation for both
national and local retailers throughout Hampton Roads. With a background in corporate
retail site selection for a Fortune 100 Company, as well as site selection for
a local developer, John emphasizes timely service and quality consultation for
his clients. His past and present clients include Walgreen Drug Stores, Bruegger's
Bakery Cafe, Great Wraps, Rapid Refill, and Heritage Bank. A native of Norfolk,
John gained national experience as a Real Estate Divisional Manager for Federated
Department Stores and a Real Estate Representative for Crown Central Petroleum.
He returned to Hampton Roads to pursue a career in retail brokerage and development
in his home town. He brings to his clients a firm understanding of development,
site selection, negotiation, and a solid understanding of basic corporate real
estate processes. John holds a B.S. from the University of Virginia. |
