Bob
has leased shopping centers for individuals, private partnerships and institutional
clients since 1978 and has led the Retail Leasing Team from 1985 to present. His
efforts and leadership have helped increase the company's shopping center portfolio
to over 4,500,000 square feet of retail space. Bob pioneered the team approach
at Harvey Lindsay, which has produced superior occupancy percentages for its Landlords,
some of whom Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate has served for more than four
decades. Bob earned his B.A. from Duke University, an MBA from Old Dominion University
and is a longtime member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
