Background
While living in northern
Virginia during the 1990s, Jackie frequently visited Virginia Beach and loved
everything about Hampton Roads. Jackie moved to the area in 1998 and joined Harvey
Lindsay. After working for four years as Office Manager, she was promoted to a
position in Leasing and Sales.
Prior to moving to Virginia Beach,
Jackie spent eight years in Washington D.C., working to support U.S. Government
Agencies on national security and arms control issues, including nuclear arms
reduction agreements with the Soviet Union, conventional force reductions between
NATO and the Warsaw Pact, East-West chemical weapons reductions, and counter-terrorism.
Jackie has her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs
from Florida State University. She resides in Virginia Beach and is married to
Jeff Ankley who has been a Senior Military Analyst for over ten years at the U.S.
Joint Warfighting Center in Suffolk.
